Based on a recipe by Signora Paola from Turin, Yocci’s new gastronomic placemat tells you all you need to know to make Bagna càuda, the warm dip typical of Piedmont, with instructions in both Italian and Japanese.
Yocci (Yoshiko Noda) was born in 1980 in Osaka, and she just graduated at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Bologna with a thesis about woodcut printing (xylography). She collaborated with Festivaletteratura and with the magazine “Internazionale”. She exposed her works at Artefiera in Bologna and works with several companies in Italy and abroad. She has published several books for Corraini Edizioni.
