Italian recipes by Yocci – Ribollita
Based on a recipe by Chef Giovanni, Yocci’s new gastronomic table mat tells you all you need to know to make ribollita, a typical Tuscan soup, with instructions in both Italian and Japanese.
Yocci (Yoshiko Noda) was born in 1980 in Osaka, and she just graduated at the Accademia di Belle Arti in Bologna with a thesis about woodcut printing (xylography). She collaborated with Festivaletteratura and with the magazine “Internazionale”. She exposed her works at Artefiera in Bologna and works with several companies in Italy and abroad. She has published several books for Corraini Edizioni.
