"Lorenza Amadasi's poems and prose are dominated by a sense of wonder. A constant amazement at in the things we see in life, starting with water, the sky, children, colours: that paternal blue that marks our way of seeing and experiencing the world, in the trusting and protective knowledge that in any case the 'clouds disappear into the blue'". – from the introductory text by Gino Ruozzi.

A collection of poems, phrases and notes by Lorenza Amadasi, interspersed with numerous drawings that are all portraits of her beloved dog Satie, or ratheri "the many Saties, it would be appropriate to say", echoing again Gino Ruozzi's introduction.

THE AUTHOR

Lorenza Amadasi with great effort, she continued to adapt to the world, claiming the right to breathe clean air and imagining a planet where we could still drink water from the rivers. She wrote several publications including Curtain (2003) in collaboration with Oliver Sacks for the Pulcinoelefante publishing house. In 2009, together with Afro Somenzari, she founded FUOCOfuochino, the world's poorest publishing house, for which she published Omaggio a un bottone (2009), Per sentito dire (2010) and, in collaboration with the publisher, Un centesimo di Dada (2016). Her desire, by turns, led her to spend a lot of time in Greece and France.
