Marco Nereo Rotelli was born in Venice in 1955, where he graduated in architecture in 1982. His research focuses on light and the poetic dimension: over the years Rotelli has created an interrelation between art and the various disciplines of knowledge, particularly poetry, which has become a constant reference for his work. He founded the Art Project group, with which he has carried out numerous urban installation projects and interventions. He has participated in eight editions of the Venice Biennale, as well as numerous solo and group exhibitions. His works are featured in museums and important private collections all over the world.
