THE AUTHOR

Valentina Raffaelli is a designer and a chef. She studied Architecture and Interior Design in Venice, Milan and Paris. She lives in Amsterdam, where she has a studio called internoconcucin, and she cooks in a renowned Italian restaurant, Toscanini. She published Herbarium Taste (2015) with Corraini Edizioni.
