THE AUTHOR

Massimiliano di Lauro is an illustrator from Puglia. Since 2012 he has published illustrated books which have been translated into six languages. He is a contributor to various Italian and foreign publications including the Boston Globe, Variety, Corriere della Sera,
Scientific American and Il Foglio. Since 2015 he has been character designer and art director for the animation studio La Testuggine. In 2017 he took part in the exhibition Girogriotondo / Design for children held at the Triennale di Milano, a selection of children's design from the 1900s to the present day.
